Court has mandated Wunmi, the widow of Mohbad, to do a DNA test.
The Magistrate Court in Ikorodu has mandated Wunmi, the widow of the late Mohbad, to conduct a DNA test on his son, Liam.
This decision was made public on Wednesday, April 17, through a statement signed by Monisola Odumosu, a member of the legal team representing the Aloba family.
Joseph Aloba, Mohbad’s father, filed an application requesting permission to serve Wunmi by posting all legal documents at her last-known address.
“If the process were served on the last-known address of the respondent by Order of the Court, it would constitute good service and she would be aware of the pending suit.”
Despite two failed attempts to serve Wunmi, the court granted permission to serve her by posting the court process at her last known address.
