Teni explains her reason for prostrating to greet IBD Dende on a plane.

Teni, the popular musician, clarified why she bowed to greet the prominent businessman and socialite, Ibrahim Egungbohun Dende, known as IBD Dende, on a plane.

Following her video greeting IBD Dende, Teni faced criticism due to allegations against him.

However, she explained that she was unaware of any illegal activities linked to him. She mentioned her positive encounter with him in 2014 and emphasized that she does not support criminal activities.

In her statement, she expressed respect for IBD Dende but clarified that she does not endorse any illegal activities.

She wrote:

“MET IBD IN 2014 AND HE WAS SO GOOD TO ME, EVEN BEFORE I BLEW UP, SO WHEN I SEE HIM, ITS ALWAYS LOVE. I HONESTLY HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF ANY CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH HIM. I DO NOT SUPPORT CRIMINALS, SO LET THE LAW TAKE ITS COURSE”
